Fundraising Specialist | Veteran Chief Development Officer & VP of Advancement Executive | Fractional, Interim & Remote Fundraising | Culture Builder | Board Strategist | Strategic Partnership & Mission Growth Specialist | $200M+ Raised | Nonprofit Thought Leader | Founder, The Fundraising Source
Born and raised in Trenton, NJ, I am a graduate of The Hun School of Princeton and Bucknell University.
Professionally, I am a high impact, entrepreneurial, nonprofit fundraising executive who loves shaping strategy, securing revenue, collaborating for impact, and telling a powerful story that inspires others to join in. My career spans more than 25 years in higher education, healthcare, and the arts.
My lived experience with resilience as a cancer survivor shapes my leadership philosophy: clarity before execution, persistence before polish.
Known for building teams that have raised more than $200 million, I have held senior leadership roles as Vice President for Advancement, Chief Development Officer, and Foundation Executive Director.
I currently serve as the Managing Partner and Chief Philanthropy Officer of Philanthropy Solutions Group a consortium of marketing, branding, social media, fundraising and philanthropy specialists who meet the needs of various organizations who have needs to develop new fundraising and revenue. We also provide full-time, fractional, interim and remote fundraising.
Through the platform, “The Fundraising Source” I publish actionable insights for nonprofit leaders, boards, and fundraisers seeking trust, clarity, and growth.
If you’re looking for a proven fundraising executive who blends strategic vision with team building, donor engagement, and measurable results, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
The Foundation Source is a thought leadership platform for nonprofit leaders, board members, and fundraisers.
